About Planet Fitness Work:In my role as Lead Planet Fitness Designer at Spectrum Marketing Companies, I design high-volume, multi-channel creative for Planet Fitness, supporting national and Canadian campaigns across large-format and digital placements. My work includes billboard sets, in-club signage, window clings, direct mail, and other campaign assets that need to stay on-brand, production-ready, and scalable across hundreds of locations.The Problem:Planet Fitness campaigns move fast and touch a lot of formats, locations, and stakeholders. The challenge is maintaining strict brand consistency while adapting creative for different markets, sizes, and production methods, all under tight deadlines and frequent rounds of changes. Any mismatch in specs, hierarchy, readability, or print setup can turn into costly reprints and delays.How I solved the design problem:I built a repeatable, production-first workflow that keeps creative consistent while making versioning fast and accurate. I translated campaign concepts into flexible layout systems that scale cleanly across billboards, windows, and print, with strong hierarchy and legibility at real viewing distances. I also handled prepress setup (bleeds, safe areas, file organization, output standards) to ensure every deliverable is press-ready and vendor-friendly, reducing back-and-forth and keeping campaigns moving from concept to installation without drama.
